November's Drugstore Empties 2017

As November is over it's time for another round-up of monthly empties. I bought all of these products myself and every one was a winner with nothing costing more than £7.

Charles Worthington Everyday Gentle Micellar Shampoo
This is a really nice, lightweight shampoo which rinsed out very easily and left my hair feeling very soft. It costs £5.99 for 250ml and this lasted me around 5 months. I am still using up the matching conditioner which is also lovely. They both have a clean, salon scent and are paraben, silicone and sulphate free. This range is great if you like to wash your hair daily as they are so gentle.

Wilko Tea Tree Face Wipes
These are great value at only 50p for 25 wipes. I don't use them every day so they last me quite a while. The Tea Tree wipes are fairly astringent so I imagine they might sting sensitive skin, but I like the feeling these give of a deep, intense clean. In general, Wilko's beauty and skin products are fantastic value and great quality.

Tesco Fruity & Juicy Shower Crème
These shower creams only cost 85p for 250ml and smell gorgeous. I have used up the Exotic Coconut & Vanilla scent and also the Pomegranate & Raspberry version. I didn't find them drying at all and will definitely be looking out for any other fragrances in this range to try.

Avon Active Moisture Hydration Overnight Gel Cream
As far as I am concerned, this Avon product is a perfect dupe for the more pricey Garnier Moisture Bomb Night Gel Cream. The regular price for this is £4.50 but it is often on offer for £3 or even less.
It is a soothing, cooling gel which sinks into the skin easily without any stickiness.
A little of this product goes a long way and the gel formula makes it feel really hydrating. The day cream version of this is also exactly like the Garnier Moisture Bomb day cream at a fraction of the price.
I also like the glass jar packaging which I will keep and use to de-pot other products into or to store earrings and other bits and bobs in.

Boots Botanics All Bright Hydrating Day Cream
This whole All Bright range from Boots Botanics is right up my street, with natural ingredients giving glowy resuts on the skin.
This day cream usually costs £6.99 but is often on offer at a third off in Boots. The ingredients in it can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so I didn't use this during the Summer but have loved it during October and November. It has a hibiscus scent and illuminates my skin in a subtle way whilst giving really good hydration and softness.
I am currently using up the toner from this range which also works brilliantly.

Wilko Relaxing Bath Soak
Good old Wilko again! This bath soak lasted me ages and only cost 90p for 750ml. I find bubble bath from some other brands causes my skin to dry out, but this one was lovely. It has an unusual chamomile and green tea scent and I will be buying this again.

Simple Kind To Skin Refreshing Facial Wash Gel
Finally, I bought this small face wash to travel with and it only cost £1.50 for 50ml. Simple skincare is always reliable and along with Olay was one of the first brands I ever used. It does its job without any fragrance and is very gentle on the skin.

Thanks for reading about this month's empties,
